While OB-GYN, Pediatrician, and Dermatologist teleconsultations are only available via video, Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Meantime, across all tiers, personal accident insurance coverage has also been extended for individuals aged 0 to 99 years old (previously for ages 18-65 only), plus the coverage amounts have been increased: PRIMA Consult now carries up to ₱20,000 in personal accident protection, while PRIMA Access and Elite go up to ₱50,000.
Speaking of Access and Elite, those who avail of these products also gain access to other stronger suites of wellness benefits, like up to 50% medicine discounts and mental health support via MedGrocer, all available digitally. Additionally, holders of the said plans can opt to avail of the HomeLab add-on via Singapore Diagnostics, which gives them the benefit of getting lab tests done from the comfort of their own homes.

Together with the launch of the enhanced PRIMA benefits comes PRIMA Consult+, priced at ₱1,199. At its core, PRIMA Consult+ is the answer to a very specific question a lot of young Filipinos are asking: “How do I get quality healthcare coverage when I’m just starting out or working outside a traditional employer setup?”
The new variant gives cardholders mental health support, unlimited consultations at any of the 53 Maxicare Clinics nationwide, discounted medicines, and personal accident insurance up to ₱20,000 — all while maintaining a price point that’s friendlier to a first-jobber’s salary or a freelancer’s variable income. The 24/7 Teleconsult, which can be availed by calling the hotline or via video, is also offered as an add-on for those who want doctor access without leaving their desk, home, or co-working space.
