2. Head to the Shopwise Customer Service counter to verify your receipt and eligibility.

3. Receive your PRIMA voucher with a unique reference code and registration QR code.

4. Scan the QR code on your voucher to access the online registration portal.

5. Complete your registration to activate your PRIMA Consult card and unlock your exclusive health benefits.
