With its continued effort to be the country’s trailblazer in the healthcare industry, Maxicare Healthcare Corporation seamlessly integrated health plans, clinic management, and insurance under one group: the Maxicare Group.
“Today marks a new chapter for Maxicare,” said Raymond Hernandez, Maxicare Group’s Chief Customer Officer, during the company’s 3rd quarter town hall last September 19, at Ascott Hotel Makati. He continued: “For years, we’ve been leading in healthcare through our HMO, clinics, and more recently, life insurance. But now, we take it further. We are uniting under one master brand, the Maxicare Group. This is more than a new look. It’s a stronger promise to deliver complete care that’s easier to navigate for every Filipino”.
More than a rebrand, this reinforces the company’s commitment to advocate for Filipino healthcare by providing them quality health, wellness, and insurance options that are affordable and accessible.
CARE for Commitment
Another highlight of the town hall is the recognition provided to the company’s frontliners, like the Maxicare Primary Care Clinic (PCC) staff and customer care representatives, through the Care Up Program. This commendation is given to those who went the extra mile and left a lasting impression on the customers who received their service.
The award, presented by Strategy Communications Manager Patricia Lopez, was given to five frontliners who each received a plaque of appreciation: Dr. Jairah Alto of PCC Bridgetowne; Stephanie Jan Mayrena of PCC VV Soliven; Jeru Isaac Cabatay of Customer Care, Provider Services; Bryan Danag of Customer Care, Account Services; and Patricialyn Araojo of Customer Care, Member Services.
This recognition excites our frontliners more to give every customer the top-notch service they deserve.
CARE for People
Aside from the major announcements and recognitions, employees nationwide also received significant updates from Maxicare Group President and CEO Christian S. Argos and AVP for HR Shared Services and Business Partnering Bengo Bonifacio. The executive leadership team also answered some questions from employees.
This quarterly company event celebrates everyone’s efforts and wins while keeping aligned with the company’s main goal: to provide seamless and accessible healthcare to every Filipino nationwide.
