- Management and Directors
- Business partners, vendors, and other stakeholders
HOW TO REPORT

- In person: A face-to-face meeting with a designated Receiver Team member
You may choose to report anonymously.
However, if you disclose your identity:
- Your identity and personal details will be treated with strict confidentiality
- Access to your information will be limited to authorized personnel only
- You will not be required to confront the object of your report
Maxicare strictly prohibits retaliation.
You will not be penalized, harassed, intimidated, or disadvantaged for raising a concern or participating in an investigation in good faith. This protection also applies to witnesses who provide information or assistance.
If you believe that you are experiencing retaliation, you may report it through the same channels, and appropriate action will be taken.
