How to Register Your PRIMA for Hypertension e-Voucher
After purchasing your PRIMA for Hypertension package, you’ll need to register your plan using your Reference Code before heading to the PCC.
- Click the registration link sent to your email.
- Enter the Reference Code you’ll receive by email and complete your details.
- Once successfully registered, you will receive an email within 24 hours containing your e-voucher and a scheduler link to book your appointment.
Note:
- The plan must be registered within 3 months from the date of purchase.
- The service must be availed within 3 months from the date of registration.
Are PRIMA Prepaid Cards Covered by Insurance?
PRIMA cards activated on Jan 15, 2026 or later are automatically enrolled in Personal Accident Insurance at no extra cost. Coverage includes loss of life due to an accident, as well as accidental injuries resulting in permanent disability or being permanently bedridden.
What is the Validity Period of the Insurance Coverage?
The insurance coverage begins upon card activation and ends on the expiration date indicated in the Welcome Letter.

Who is Eligible for the Built-in Insurance?
All PRIMA members who activated their cards starting January 15, 2026 and are aged 0 to 69 years old at the time of enrollment are eligible for this built-in insurance coverage.
Important Reminders Before Your Appointment:
- Present your PRIMA for Hypertension e-voucher, along with 1 valid ID with a photo upon availing of the services offered in this plan.
- No e-voucher, no availment.
- The plan is non-transferable once registered.
- Free cancellation and refund within 15 days of purchase if the product has not been used.
- The benefits and accessibility to specific physicians and procedures provided by this product are subject to availability and may be amended upon general notice.
