Compared to the traditional check payment, electronic payment facility is faster and safer. No more 3 clearing days. No more misplaced and stale checks. No more bank long lines.

 

Will I be notified if I received a payment?

 

Yes. Once your bank acknowledged the deposit, our system will automatically send you an email with attached corresponding payment details (PAS/Provider Analysis Sheet ) and the Certificate of Creditable Tax Withheld at Source (Form 2307).

 

How can I enroll to this electronic payment facility?

 

You need to authorize us to deposit our payments to your desired bank account by accomplishing our Auto Credit Arrangement (ACA) Authorization Form.

 

Can all banks accommodate this electronic payment facility?
