Requirements:

Graduate of medical allied course and with good customer service background.HMO experience is an advantage and willing to work on extended hours.

Job Responsibilities:

Facilitates out-patient availments and assesses coverage or non-coverage of availment (for readily-coverable or noncoverable cases).
Issues appropriate forms (referral/consultation/laboratory) for the corresponding type of availment.
Makes the appropriate referral to the Primary Care Centers or affiliated clinics.
Refers and coordinates with the PCC/clinic/hospital to facilitate availment and endorses to Roving team as necessary.
