Jose Pastor Puno, president and chief executive officer of Maxicare Healthcare Corp., believes that his company can help in this aspect.
Maxicare is currently the market leader among the health management organizations (HMOs) in the country. It was established in 1987 by a group of doctors and businessmen who wanted a better healthcare delivery system. Now on its 25th year, the company maintains its strong market position. Puno attributes Maxicare’s success to three factors—expansive and quality medical framework, financial stability and customer-centric practices.
Puno traced the company’s growth and success through a series of company milestones.
