Health provider Maxicare to expand nationwide, tap SME market
Maxicare Healthcare Corp. is riding on the momentum of strong domestic economic growth to widen its membership as the health management organization expands its geographic footprint.
In an interview, Armi Malaluan, vice president for sales and marketing of Maxicare, said the company sees expansion in the P16-billion HMO industry as more Filipinos and businesses start to realize the importance of having a healthcare program.
“The economy is growing and more people are becoming more aware of healthcare. We try to come up with products and services fit for different segments of market,” said Malaluan on the sidelines of Maxicare’s 25th anniversary celebration.
