A Filipino-owned healthcare maintenance organization (HMO) is marking its 25th year in the industry with a bullish outlook in the future powered by technology innovations that transform the way HMO provide healthcare services to their clientele.
At a recent press briefing for the occasion, executives of Maxicare Healthcare Corp. outlined the company’s future expansion plans, which center on improving customer and partner touch points as well as using biometrics technology in identifying members.
