Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of medical allied course.HMO experience is an advantage and with exposure in primary care center.Candidate must possess at least one (1) year experience in customer service and mus be a cebu resident.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provides out-patient services:
    1. Informs members of coverage or non-coverage of availments.
    2. Issues laboratory and referral forms.
    3. Accommodates members for consultation with the Primary Care Physicians.
  2. Provides in-patient services:
    1. Informs members of coverage or non-coverage of availments.
    2. Discusses with member the extent of coverage or non-coverage of availment.
