Qualifications:
A graduate of Industrial Engineering or any realted course with at least four (4) experience managing building facilities and maintenace.With adept knowledge in handling budget ans space planning. He must possess proven leadership and managerial skills.Not more than 32 years of age;
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible in monitoring the expenses of the department
- Conducts studies and project related to property ans space management
- Directly responsible for the safety and security of the tower.
